Pros

Can't think of anything as of today.

Cons

The leadership at this company is one of the most disappointing aspects. The work environment is highly toxic, with excessive micromanagement and a tendency to assign blame whenever something goes wrong. Employees are often held responsible for product issues that were outside their control and stemmed from underlying engineering or product limitations. There is a significant gap between how the company presents itself during the hiring process and the reality of the role. Candidates are sold a vision of an exciting product, meaningful career growth, and impactful work. In practice, much of the role involves acting as a support layer for product shortcomings while being held accountable for issues that remains unresolved despite repeated escalation. Over time, your core skills are likely to take a back seat as you become more of a support function than the role you were hired for. This can make it difficult to demonstrate meaningful professional growth when pursuing future opportunities. Another concern is the constant expansion of responsibilities beyond the stated job description. Employees are expected to contribute to sales activities and meet deployment-related targets that are never mentioned during recruitment or included in their official responsibilities. One pattern that is observed by many employees is that they hire talented professionals with attractive compensation packages, extract maximum output from them, and then, around appraisal time, highlight issues (most of them are related to their unsolved product issues) while overlooking contributions you made throughout the year despite the issues with product, processes and support. Many employees across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery eventually quit or deliberately forced to quit due to this reason. This is not the company for professionals seeking transparency, strong leadership, meaningful career growth, or a healthy work culture. The gap between promises and reality is substantial, and joining this company will turn out to be a decision you will regret later.
