-Current management is not going to be able to scale the company to the next level -The grand vision is not shared across teams, making it very difficult to work together and have shared goals -There is a mention of values on every call. This is concerning because if you have to bring it up all the time, clearly there are problems -The management team will tell you what you want to hear on calls, but your concerns are never addressed and if you keep pushing, you’re out the door
