      The tech is awesome. Full cloud native. Kube. JDK11+. Most everything is automated. The work is challenging - search. Apache Solr committers on staff teach out a ton.

      Cons

      Growing pains - some lay offs recently but ultimately looked to help, not hurt.

      Nice coworkers and decent work life balance.

      Cons

      Unnecessarily chaotic processes. Rushing and switching contexts seems to be valued over implementing thoughtful solutions. Don’t be surprised if leadership has a goal for today that is abandoned tomorrow.
