Terrific work/life balance. Challenging roles, constantly learning, upper management is very smart, innovative, supportive, and personable, both with clients and employees. The software is robust and fun to use.

Not as many structured career paths, but you can make a path for yourself if you stick around long enough. The company values good employees.

Lucity has great work/life balance. They offer overtime but don't require it. The benefits package is generous. The employees are great and get along well. There are social events and the chance to just let loose once in a while. Working with the clients is pretty cool too. Lucity clients really like the company and software. It is very rewarding to have clients that are excited about the software you are developing.

There is not much of a career ladder to climb at Lucity. It is pretty flat in its organization structure.
