Pros
Good benefits, easy workload if you get adequate training in the slow season, flexible scheduling (if you have kids you get to come in late and leave early a lot). You meet all walks of life, that let's you practice public speaking and sales banter.
Cons
Before the Charlotte location was bought out, there were 2 or 3 employees keeping the ship afloat. 2 Managers were there physically but that's all (always in the back room on Facebook, texting, or "trying to figure out this new iPhone". Customers had no clue who the managers were over the last 6 years. I always got asked "You're the only person I ever see working, are you the Manager too?" As the title says, if you can brown nose the right higher-ups, you'll be on your way to a $75,000 a year job where you can goof off, do nothing to grow the business, and just let the people working their tails off for half the pay. If you don't get a management position, don't bother.
