Management Salary employees must clock in and out or their hours (minimum 10 hours a day including weekends) will be questioned. Some salary positions required to work 6 days a week including housekeeping manager and maintenance. No sick days. Holidays won’t include an additional day if it falls on the managers day off. Management bonuses goals are almost impossible to reach,
