Pros
Office location is very centric, it has lots of bars and even a supermarket across the street, free coffee (even though coffee machine hasn’t been properly cleaned in years).
Cons
Low salaries and constant high workload, disorganization and lack of planning(everything needs to be done for yesterday), lack of management, non existent work-life balance, stress is overwhelming, corporate communications non existent, they don’t value and respect employees, job’s functions and responsibilities change constantly as they don’t hire new people to fulfill positions needed, insufficient resources to accomplished your daily responsibilities (old and slow computers, etc.)... It takes decades for them to take actions regarding problems.
