It is a position that you are always being trained and learning. Also the owner is very big on giving feed back which helps you grow and also understanding about needing time off.
Cons
For me there weren't any.

We wish our former employees well. Glad we could be a good stop on the career path.
Fun Fun Fun, I had a blast every single day I was there. I learned so much in my three months there it's like I have a whole other "real world" degree to go along with the one I'm finishing up. I got to work directly with the top people in the company including the owner himself. Where else can a college kid or any entry level person go where they get to work directly with the owner in the office and even get to go out to do some sales calls with them. Even tho I was only an Intern I was treated like a full on member of the team and was given all the same opportunities to succeed. Everyone there was really fun to be around and it's obvious to anyone there that they don't just talk about a "team or family like" atmosphere. These guys really mean it. Every week we would go out to do something fun as an office like play volleyball or go bowling. I even got to do some traveling with the company. The business trips were the most fun I have ever had while working anywhere. I also got to attend and help out with the philanthropy's they did. I cant believe how much stock they put into giving back to the community and to other charities. I can't wait to see how the baseketball tourney turns out.
Cons
The only cons in this company would be the ones you bring into it on your own. Everything here is performance based. So if you have a problem seeing how good you are or aren't then don't work here.
