      Lovely customers and dog friendly

      Cons

      I would say all of it they don't know how to run a company to many directors in such a small head office ,they blame staff if you have a quite week with sales they cut hours even if you have a contract head office talk to you like something they have stood on ,they asked employees to put a good review on because they didn't like having bad ones on indeed .

      Pros

      Lovely working with art and spending time with lots of wonderful customers. Lucy is lovely as a person. Talented artist who deserves her multiple awards. Selling art all over the world.

      Cons

      Staff safety. Working solo in the shop and being told you are not allowed to lock the shop for a few minutes while you use the toilet. Then being told to not only leave the shop open, but also the toilet door when you do need to go, so you can hear any customers come in. No lunch break. The shop has to stay open so you eat around serving customers. Only 2 staff on Saturdays & Bank Holidays

      Art shop selling trendy artwork. good customers, decent managers. good pay.

      staff aren't always treated the best. expected to bend over backwards. artwork is subjective to change with popularity.
