Pros

Great clients for resume building; some good talent still working there

Cons

Micromanagement by the CEO with a refusal to fully hand over projects regardless of how high you are on the totem pole, delusional co-workers who like to waste project time gossiping, repetitive projects (how many reskins can one company do?), lack of communication of vital information, only so much room for growth before you either quit out of frustration or are replaced by someone who requires a lesser salary.

Pros

I've been at Ludomade for over a year and totally love it. Since separating from Soap Creative, management has refocused mainly on entertainment, toys and games. We pitch a lot of fun concepts, and get to work on a pretty broad variety of stuff like web projects, games, fun social activations, experiential. It's a mellow place; but we do really high quality work, which I'm pretty proud of. Benefits and salary are competitive with other places I know.

Cons

I've looked at some of the other reviews here and they feel like spiteful and disgruntled 'outliers' to me. My friends at work are generally happy; if you've ever worked at any other agencies, they tend to work way longer hours and do tonnes of banner campaigns, which we don't do any of. My main con is I wish we made more headway releasing our own products, but I understand it's an agency, and that pays the bills.
