Pros
Possibility to fly cheap, parking place, located in the vicinity of airport so you can fly away quite quickly, i am really trying to think of something else, but unfortunately that's all.
Cons
Low salaries, low appreciation of a good worker, careless behavior for losing good people, management is closed group of people very good connected between themselves and they rule everything. Selection of people for positions is done by "who fits the most and who is good with us" and not by who is the most competent for the position. Very big gap in relations between management and normal employees.
