Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for; did not have a choice to work here, our company was acquired by Luke and then 9 short months after we were acquired, let all of us go and we all knew it was going to happen but the way they did it was just horrible. Leadership is a total joke; a bunch of non-professional micromanagers who constantly badger you to do this and do that and do it now. Leadership plays favorites and uses these "coordinators" who are not managers and get them to bark/boss their peers and create lots of drama. Leadership does not follow the so called "values" of Luke...quite the opposite. Absolutely no communication to employees from HR about anything and when you ask, you have to put an HR ticket in that no one ever gets back to you about. And don't you dare ask any questions because leadership will not answer you or will turn the question back on you somehow...I've never seen the likes of this unpolished unprofessional managers/leadership they have in place...total joke!
