      Work from home, little company meetings

      Cons

      Leadership without any knowledge of what they were doing, very much thrown to the wolves and expected to contribute without the leaders themselves being capable. All prior co-workers besides leadership team have left/been fired/etc

      Pros

      Very open and rich environment that advocates for ideas from everyone on how to move forward in any aspect of the company. I'm able to see the impact that I make here and it feels amazing. I'm surrounded by super intelligent individuals and am continuously learning. There are endless opportunities to learn about different roles. Management stays close to the entire team.

      Cons

      The work-life balance of remote work can be difficult at times.
