Pros
I've worked here awhile and they won my loyalty a LONG time ago. Fair pay, great opportunities for professional development, decent benefits... but far and above every other pro is the incredible atmosphere at the company. LOVE my team, LOVE the synergy that is there, and LOVE the top-down, servant leadership from the higher-ups that are really there for the employees and are our biggest cheerleaders. This is a fantastic company.
Cons
Very few, in all honesty, and the company is frequently collecting employee feedback now to make positive changes so the cons are always decreasing.
