Pros

- Lead by pioneers in this industry LumenData has been a leading enterprise data management solutions provider for more than a decade. - Being a platinum partner of industry leading product companies, LumenData always get clients and projects. I didn’t have to sit on bench at least once in my time here. - LumenData is a great place to learn and up-skill yourself. I have seen more than a dozen people who started as a fresher in LumenData and achieve great things in their career. - They make it clear that you are an asset to the company and your growth is beneficial to both parties. - Leadership team always appreciate you for your work. They make sure you are an important part of the success stories which makes you better motivated than ever. - Work life balance in LumenData is great. You are not being micromanaged by anyone. All they care is whether you are delivering or not, which makes your life easier and helps you manage both personal and professional life in a flexible way. - LumenData’s pay structure is better than most companies in the market.

Cons

No company is perfect. LumenData also has all the challenges of a startup but there are things that are evolving (updating technology, adding office space, formalising and streamlining procedures etc).

Pros

The company has seen many storms (like a startup usually does) but has made it each time. The strategy shift from being dependent on Oracle to going to other partners was brilliant. So many other companies can't do this effectively.

Cons

Too small to invest in any area in a big way. Need to be able to invest more in growth areas. This is a challenge in a company that is managing cash flow at the same time as investing.
