I would like to share some concerns regarding the current management practices in India. There seems to be an increasing level of internal politics, particularly involving the country head, which is negatively impacting the company’s culture and growth potential. Decisions such as the removal of capable individuals without clear justification are contributing to this issue.
While the offshore team is being presented with a picture of progress, the reality on the ground appears to differ, affecting morale and overall productivity. Addressing these challenges is crucial for fostering a more transparent, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.
I believe that with the right interventions and a focus on leadership alignment, we can steer the organization back towards a healthier culture and sustained growth
