      Pros

      - Ability to work on important projects - Ample vacation time and benefits

      Cons

      - Very low pay for long hours - Minimal opportunities for growth across the entire agency - Unreasonable billable hour targets - Very few clients, so exposure remains very minimal given them being an agency - Management doesn't care about anyone (interns included) except getting money out of them by billing clients a lot of money

      - Hires great people at the lower level. - Fun clients to work for.

      - Openly sexist work environment - Poor structure and organization - Not an innovative company - Most people at the top only care about themselves - Pay is way below what it should be

      Decent perks like breakfast, fitness perks, education fund and flex hours. Has a start up feel.

      Cons

      Plays favorites. If you’re not part of the favorited group, you will not get promoted. Huge and unrealistic expectations. Very low compensation. Big let down from the promises made during the interview process. Young managers who don’t know how to manage people
