Pros
There are no pros working for this company. The entire organization runs on a constant panic mode from the top down. They have a debt collector mentality for their customers and used car sales tactics. It might just be the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure to work with.
Cons
Micromanaging is their middle name. Regardless of your position, stature, experience or background, the moment you are hired, you WILL get bullied by upper management. It’s literally disgusting. The ONLY thing Lumenis cares for is how they will cannibolize the current customer base and squeeze them for every single cent imaginable. The devices are always breaking down, and the small business owners are almost forced to fork out exorbitant amounts of repair costs, a little after the first year. I would highly suggest looking at another company if you come across this one. Bad choice, I’m certainly glad to have moved on!!
