Leadership will boast about how profitable they have been all year just for you to get a 0.8% raise and deny backfill replacements for employees that quit. HR will not keep your meetings confidential and will tell your supervisor if you have complaints against them. Unbelievably micromanagement to the point where every minute you spend at work will be monitored
