Pros
fresh outta college, need cash but no skills- lumicell is a great place to get your feet wet and dirty with elongated timeliness, a questionable medical device and a very young management team. Be part of a team that learns valuable lessons to carry to real companies with a foreseeable market futures. Make mistakes and not worry- great learning experience.
Cons
young management, first in their role- most of which without scientific backgrounds . sketchy device, poor planning, corner cutting. questionable market appeal, elongated timelines(like years and years extended) one can only hope that the drug and device don't do harm to patients with easily removable cancers. truth is breast cancer is quite survivable with detection and multi approach treatment plans may have less risk all together than shoving this giant scope into sensitive areas along with a drug that is hopefully is safe. One may ask, does the device tie back to any type of NIST measurement? Does each device give the same readings? The building is overrun with unleashed dogs, allergens, dander, fur; the fresh marks of urine/ fecal matter paint the Æther. Great combination for a company seeking to be a medical device company some of those dogs are quite aggresive- there have been bightings- they are not certified mental health dogs.
