Cons
- Too much favoritism (this may be a Pro, depending on your internal network) - Majority of capable people gone or leaving, company now very top heavy because retention bonuses and big incentives only paid to Directors and above. - Few promotion opportunities except for those with connections. Directors/VP's almost all external hires - New HR and corporate functions are clueless and out of touch. Hired in a rush when splitting from Philips, ended up with rejects from other companies - Increasing healthcare costs because of aging/preretirement workforce. Will not improve since Company doesn't invest in new or mid-career employees
