Long hours Customer facing role, need to handle adversity

Working with LuminaSkin has been a joy. They really do support and care for the individuals working for them. Not only is the culture collaborative, but offers room for advancement and growth within. The pay is very competitive and they are generous when it comes to scheduling. I find that they are very flexible, which is helpful given my family circumstances. I told them what I needed and they have been willing to work with me, which has meant so much. The management is easy to talk to and communicate with, you just have to be communicative! I also appreciate that they are growing and glad to be involved with a company that is not afraid to update in a very competitive industry!

The only "con" I have would be the time difference, but that is not something either party can help. I love working for LuminaSkin.
