It can be challenging and intimidating to develop projects and programs around unfamiliar scientific and technical subjects. This is especially true when we advise clients who are often experts in these areas. Because Luminary Labs is such a small company, any changes in the volume of projects are noticeable. While management makes a solid effort to staff according to workload, it’s not easy to do this quickly.
