Pros
The company culture is a standout—fast-paced and performance-driven, yet refreshingly non-toxic compared to many sales environments. There’s a genuine commitment to both professional development and personal growth, which makes a meaningful difference in day-to-day work life. The ramp-up period is well-structured, giving new team members the support and time they need to get up to speed and succeed. Work-life balance is also a major plus: a Monday–Friday schedule where you’re encouraged to work hard during the day and fully unplug afterward. Additionally, the systems in place, including the CRM tools, are effective and continuously improving. Being part of a growing company adds an extra layer of excitement and opportunity.
Cons
Honestly, I had to reach a bit to come up with any real “cons,” which says a lot in itself. If I had to nitpick, the office air conditioning can be a little unpredictable—sometimes it keeps you on your toes more than expected. The coffee could use a bit of an upgrade for those of us who rely on it to power through the day. And while the current setup works well, wireless headsets would be a nice quality-of-life improvement.
