Pros

Pay is good hourly and eventually commision can be great too

Cons

They claim to be big on culture yet they make everyone who works there constantly scared that they will be fired every day they walk people out all the time with little to no explanation why. Some of the senior leadership especially the trainer is completely rude and unstable she will go from being relatively pleasant to snapping at you for no reason they claim to want you to be a positive force in the work place but scold you for being too helpful they monitor every second and everything you do they give you a very small work load and then get on to you when you don’t make up things to fill your day they don’t give you any sick time until you have been there for 90 days and no vacation until you’ve been there for 6 months so if you get sick it’s no pay and typically they will just fire you people are scared to speak their mind for fear of retaliation they would rather have you come and make a bunch of money for them and then let you go so they can keep your money. The few good team leads and managers there don’t have the power to stand up for your mistreatment out of fear of retaliation to themselves. They waste your time crush your spirit and i can’t wait to leave this company forever and find something that pays more then 50 bucks per sale

Pros

The company culture is a standout—fast-paced and performance-driven, yet refreshingly non-toxic compared to many sales environments. There’s a genuine commitment to both professional development and personal growth, which makes a meaningful difference in day-to-day work life. The ramp-up period is well-structured, giving new team members the support and time they need to get up to speed and succeed. Work-life balance is also a major plus: a Monday–Friday schedule where you’re encouraged to work hard during the day and fully unplug afterward. Additionally, the systems in place, including the CRM tools, are effective and continuously improving. Being part of a growing company adds an extra layer of excitement and opportunity.

Cons

Honestly, I had to reach a bit to come up with any real “cons,” which says a lot in itself. If I had to nitpick, the office air conditioning can be a little unpredictable—sometimes it keeps you on your toes more than expected. The coffee could use a bit of an upgrade for those of us who rely on it to power through the day. And while the current setup works well, wireless headsets would be a nice quality-of-life improvement.

Pros

Luminary is a very family-oriented company that truly wants to see its employees succeed at a high level. The leadership team consistently creates opportunities and systems that help both current and future agents maximize their earning potential. From my personal experience, the support and structure here make a real difference. I’m currently on pace to earn between $130,000 and $150,000 this year alone, which speaks to the opportunities available for agents who are willing to work hard and perform at a high level. The company also understands that employees have lives and responsibilities outside of work. In return, they simply expect us to show up, stay committed, and perform to the best of our abilities. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to build a career in sales. In my experience, employees who have left the company or were let go generally made those outcomes themselves often due to attendance issues or extended periods of low production. Luminary does not simply terminate employees for not closing deals; instead, they invest significant time, training, and resources to help agents succeed and increase their income potential. The culture here is one of the best I’ve experienced. The company celebrates its employees and recognizes top performers in meaningful ways. From Christmas parties and birthday celebrations to yearly anniversary recognition for those who have contributed to the company’s growth, the team truly values its people. Overall, this has been the best company I’ve had the opportunity to work for, and I look forward to continuing to grow with Luminary for many years to come.

Cons

Script tends to change quite a lot.
