As a corporate, we do our best to set high governing standards in HR and religiously follow the same through the best practices and well established employee friendly policies. 99% of our employees are very happy and working towards larger objectives of the organization. Any valid and objective grievances that would come to our knowledge (should it be through formal and informal channels) is addressed immediately. Our software development team is a new team who work on new technology projects & is growing at a rapid pace. We have flat structure with few hierarchy : that allows all employees communicate easily with their HR and management at any moment.
