Medical residents, advanced nursing practice clinical sites/mentorship program. competitive pay, good insurance, and retirement plan. adequate time off plus time off for conferences/education, educational reimbursement program, and excellent amount allowed for educational/license reimbursement.

health insurance could be less expensive. Immediate business supervisors need better qualifications for his/her position. could do a better job at considering patient load versus patient acuity.
