      Really long working hours, constantly on call and working into the early hours of the morning with no over time paid Not training from the Client Services team when you join Blame culture in the company

      Some of the kindest and most intelligent people one can get the opportunity to work with. An incredibly inspiring problem with hard engineering problems that are really exciting.
