- Very smart team. Not only about the technologies, but also about people needs. - Inclusivity and appreciation for the multitude of human strengths and communication styles is at a high. - Ambitious, but flexible.
Cons
- There is a lot to be done, but boundaries are respected. For jr. team members who are not yet skilled in boundary setting, there could be a steep learning curve. - A lot of processes are not fully set up. If expecting structure of a big company, this is not the place. However, if wanting an environment that enables people to fully participate in creating these structures, it will be a great fit!
