Pros
Since the team is small but cohesive, a single person gets to work with different types of projects involving different types of technology. The openness in the culture keeps the learning opportunity very high all the time. The topmost management discusses and analyzes their own work with everybody which helps in understanding the entire business aspects.
The office environment is very homely. We have a lot of fun activities like chess championship, etc.
Cons
The only major problem is the salary range especially for freshers and junior employees. The range is shrinking every year.
