The company is a medical focused lighting company. It allows the employees to work on and produce meaningful products that can be found in hospitals. The worklife balance is great. Over the summer have a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off which is great. Everyone is respectful. Company will certainly invest in your growth and development if you take the effort to find the right training opportunities and discuss them with your manager. Some opportunity to travel at times to customers, suppliers, trade shows, and visit other facilities out of the country that the company has.

Facilities are older and need updated. Sounds like the company is working on that. It is a smaller company so promotional opportunities might be limited. The company is focused on making its Cleveland facility focused on new product development while production takes place at its other facilities so there is some change.
