Very friendly management cares and is trying to do public accounting differently

None that I can think of

They have good and interesting clients

Small very cliquey bunch of people. Very quickly office politics tends to dominate and if you are unfortunate enough to find yourself on the wrong side of it then it can get very nasty. Next to no support will come from the bosses.
