Start ups can be hard but I think LB does a great job as a small and mighty team. No real cons!

With the exception of the founder, it’s a cool group of women to work with.

Absolutely awful. Not only is the company failing miserably, the founder is in complete denial. She spends all her time spewing lies trying to attract investors to keep the company going (not happening). Everything is “urgent.” Constant fire drills, all to keep up a shiny successful image online because apparently that’s all that matters. Absolute joke of a company. Stay far away.
