Company is 10 years old - but the new software arm is only 1.5 years so it feels like a startup again. Lot's of opportunity as the company is starting to grow and needs new hires for ramp up. A good chance to learn and every client has different needs. Fair pay and decent benefits even for a small biz. I like it here or I'd be somewhere else. If you want real reviews - ask the folks who work here.

You need to be somewhat technical as we deliver high end creative and software and you'll fit in better if you know the industry. Culture is for driven people - self starters. If you need more structure - you may get left behind.

This is a high stress environment. Nearly every employee had conflicts with the CEO. Employees regularly left the office in tears & when I started, it was clear only a handful of employees were kept on for more than a few months. The CEO openly believed in discriminating against almost everyone, & bad mouthed every employee behind their back. Long hours are mandatory. Despite claiming otherwise, unpaid overtime was the norm. High pressure to close deals but passed blame to anyone other than himself when things didn't go his way. Be prepared to lie to your potential clients. The CEO forced certain employees to seek permission to go to the bathroom. Women are treated like slaves in this company culture. The mind games directed at employees by management is a textbook case of interacting with someone with a high level of narcissism and psychopathy.
