Pros
I think that working for Lunacon has been a great experience so far. I've been able to learn so much about the construction business and have had travel opportunities as well. I feel empowered to voice my own opinion and actually be heard. Also, the projects that I get to work on are always interesting and challenging!
Cons
I think that the company has been going through some growing pains in the sense that they're trying to change for the better. Change is not always easy for many people, and it's easy to become frustrated. I think that as time passes, people will be able to see that change was in fact needed and will help the business; most importantly the people too!
