      I have been working remotely for Lunar Animation for the past 2 years and it's been an amazing experience. All the studio managers are true leaders who lead by example and put the focus on their artists. It's been, and continues to be, an amazing experience.

      Cons

      No disadvantages of working in Lunar, in my personal experience.

      Pros

      - It is a small place, so you will work with all the departments, this will help you to learn how they work. - Senior animators helps to improve. - Project it's nice, deadlines are no so tight. - They do Visa sponsorship for international artist. - A lot of international workmates, you will learn from different cultures.

      Cons

      - Salary it's lower than in other companies for the same position and Sheffield cost of living it is expensive compared with the wage you will receive. - There are no bonuses. - There is not a proper HR department to talk about any issue, so you will talk directly with Bosses.
