Pros

Free parking Available Free Shuttle to Airport at the hotel across the street Free lunch once a week Friendly workers Company would sponsor H-1 visa for right candidates Nice Christmas gift and good Christmas party Quarterly bonus Free Giant tickets at times Free coffee, coco, soda at pantry

Cons

Minimum 10-12 work hours a day Monthly salary; no compensation for overtime Employers and managers take employees for granted Many staff are required to work at night/mid night/weekends No HR - employees are not protected: no one keep tracks on vacation balance; staff call you on sick day and vacation Managers/directors have low EQ; they do not know what they want and do not give clear communication and expectation; Employees are required to take multiple projects with impossible deadlines; even you tell them if it is impossible. You are expected to work day and night non stop to complete your projects on time. Poor training for staff; they expect you to know your job on day 1 Super competitive environment; bad atmosphere; no team work No career advancement They hire people who know so and so; such as manager's husband or wife; staff's cousin etc. No Appreciation for hardworking staff

Pros

LCI has a long history of working with some of the largest lenders in the country, so knowing we have an impact on millions of consumers is pretty cool. The company is small, so we feel like we can make a direct impact on the business and our customers. Since the acquisition by Verisk in 2017, there have been a lot of positive changes both culturally and in terms of opportunity. There are new team-building exercises that we do and weekly free lunches are good. 401k match, commuter benefits, FSA Accounts. If you are driven, you can really succeed here. If you want to put your feet up and relax, this isn't the place for you.

Cons

Many projects have a long tail, so the company needs to work on that. The long tails lead to many projects being worked on at one time, spreading everyone thin. There also is a lack of collaborative spaces. This would be nice in the new office expansion.
