Pros

There is not many pro's at the moment. The staff are trying to push through difficult times. fading fast

Cons

Badly understaffed and the workload continues to increase, resulting in injuries from repetitive work while leaders lack the necessary working knowledge. Quality issues remain unfixed. Losing staff to other departments because of injuries. Feels like weekly we are losing staff.

Pros

Great place to work if you care more about image and hype than substance

Cons

Inner-circle culture where favouritism often matters more than actual ability Lenient culture, weak leadership Double standards everywhere, some staff are clearly expected to carry a heavier workload so others can stay chill Stressful, understaffed, high-turnover work environment created by aggressive expansion and financial pressure Management still seems heavily focused on outdated hype and manufactured buzz Quality keeps going downhill while prices keep going up; even employees struggle to defend pricing

Pros

There are still plenty of nice people working in line roles. Advancement opportunities exist as quality leaders are lasting less and less time in their roles. Unchallenging menus as senior kitchen leadership lack the drive or creativity to keep up with competing businesses.

Cons

Disastrous senior management team, where incompetence and brown-nosing wins. Organisational favouritism, lack of psychological safety and borderline bullying from the very top. Ever falling standards, acceptance of mediocrity where excellence used to be expected. Basically a whole company dedicated to a vanity project, riding off a misrepresented comment from a news article in 2016.
