      Pros

      Authentic CEO Good salary Good profit sharing Good benefits (now that the company has been around for long enough to set this up at a global scale - we have them) Good people Smart colleagues Good career opportunities (if you take ownership - don’t complain if you do the standard and wonder why that’s not getting you anywhere. That’s not working overtime FYI but just taking ownership and caring and making what you own awesome) Great support from parent company DCG Healthy and friendly culture Transparent salary review process Friendliness with Chief level staff or VP level staff doesn’t impact level or salary reviews (yeah it’s a pro - it’s called ethics at its core).

      Cons

      Honestly… cons? Sure it’s not a perfect company but there isn’t any. That’s no excuse though for a company to have a bad culture. So cons… I guess the only valid con I can think of is that the team takes long to deal with really underperforming and not willing to work at it employees. There’s so much grace people can continue to be lazy. Wait but that’s every company and if it’s not it would be hell of a scary company where people get fired left right and center.

      Great Culture miss everyone in ZA and the US.

      None would work for them again in a heartbeat.
