Pros
Great vision and processes. The team is very welcoming and approachable. the values they stipulate during the interview process is what you get when starting.
Cons
Onboarding from home is a bit hard when equipment can only be set up on your start date, which leaves you no time for IT issues while sessions have already started. I missed two welcoming sessions and processes due to having to set-up on the same day.
