- Every step of the recruitment process is thoroughly explained and transparent. - Candidates are provided with adequate information to support them in prepping for the different stages in the process (I felt so informed and at ease). - I was blown away by how efficient the recruitment team is. They promptly answer questions, setup relevant meetings and followed up with candidates post the interview stage to find out how things went and reiterate next steps. - I liked that everything was done online efficiently (from filling in info to enable smooth onboarding, to providing all relevant supporting docs and sorting out medical aid papers, etc.) - Relevant work equipment was delivered well before the start date - amazing equipment!! - I expected remote onboarding to be difficult, but it was absolutely smooth due to all the step by step intrusions provided on how to setup. - Prompt help was always available from the IT team when I wasn't sure of anything and the speed of delivery is out of this world!! - Everyone I interacted with was professional, caring and made it a point to make me feel welcome. - It's truly been an amazing experience - nothing like anything I've experienced before!
Cons
The company does not have a pension fund for RSA employees - I had to find a fund to move my pension to from my previous employer.
