      Pros

      Luno is a good place to work, with good people and culture. The working hours are flexible and there are no traces of toxicity in the workplace. The benefits are good and you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Leadership seems to have lost its way and there is a lot of doubt and ambiguity on what our direction is. There’s a lot of doubt and confusion at the moment
