Work from home but option to go to office. Only have to formally go to office once every 3 months. Can work from anywhere in the world 6 months a year Very good pay if they want you working there Free lunch Free transport to office Medical aid subsidy Growth opportunity and promote from within Great equipment subsidy Diverse and great culture Free coffee etc. No micromanagement and good leadership Caring and empathetic HR Very caring and great retrenchment process despite the fact that retrenchments had to be done which obviously wasn't a great experience.
Cons
Overpromising and advertising of a year end bonus that couldn't be realised Retrenchments in the beginning of 2023 after a massive employment run 2022. That definitely wasn't great planning and shouldve been avoided Not using the best tools for work, e.g. no streamlined way of working between departments
