Pros
I’ve worked at a few places now in my career and I can confidently say that Luno has the best culture out of them all. The people in this company are real human beings who look out for each other and celebrate in everyone’s success. There’s just always a fun vibe, especially when going to the office. I never feel stressed about work and I know that my manager has my back when it comes to maintaining a strong work/life balance. Love it here.
Cons
The only real downside is that compensation isn’t the most competitive but Luno knows this and knows it has a better work culture than 99% of all companies. So it’s really a matter of priority - money or great work environment?
