      Training younger, inexperienced remote working employees could be a challenge.

      Pros

      You will learn a ton if you take advantage of your resources. Ask lots of questions and take initiative. Good company culture (wellness $50/month benefit) and an awesome CEO.

      Not based out of Fresno so very few Luster employees physically.
