I left Lutheran SeniorLife, only to return four years later. I can't say enough about the mission of the organization. This is a well run non-profit with a heart. The employees here care deeply about the work. Leadership is very accessible and caring. I'm very happy to be back.
Cons
The industry continues to struggle with staffing shortages, especially during this moment with the pandemic. I would like to share with anyone interested in joining the organization, you will not be sorry that you did. This is truly a community that cares.
