When I started this organization had an excellent environment, kind and compassionate coworkers and excellent benefits. My team has been a safeguard from challenges internally.
Cons
The culture has taken a steep dive for the worst in only a matter of months. Leadership glosses over sweeping changes due to the recent merger, failing to acknowledge huge gaps in gender and diversity pay and inclusion across the organization. Staff turnover is extremely high, particularly at the junior and mid-management level. Excellence in management and opportunity is highly dependent on the team in which you belong. Institutional knowledge is kept at the lowest levels of the organization and lost repeatedly due to attrition. The CEO is in it for growth's sake and complains about receiving negative feedback but fails to turn criticism into action.
