      Higher salary compared to competitors in the area. Can save money since there is absolutely nothing to do in coopersburg.

      Cons

      incompetent HR. Old fashioned managers who discard any idea coming outside of their own head. the environment makes you feel like you signed up for some technology cult, typical corporation dictatorship.

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
