      Pros

      After undergrad I had two offers. I chose Lutron because they seemed to really care about hiring the right people. They seemed to interest heavily in the growth and development of their people. I was not wrong.

      Cons

      Lutron's 'make your own path' model is difficult for some to handle. You need to be self motivated and driven.

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
