      Pros

      All the pros of an 80’s company. They really care about the customer and taking care of the company.

      Cons

      All the cons of being stuck in the 80’s. Most leadership is military and stuck with the do what I say because I am tour boss instead of leading. Salary’s are also behind the times. City’s like New York are about 15-20% behind other comparative jobs.

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
